We’ve invested in new drone equipment, allowing us to combine drone surveys with high-quality aerial photography. This provides a valuable way of inspecting and recording areas of a property that can be difficult to access from ground level, while also providing useful photographic records.
We have also invested in digital technology on site, allowing us to take notes digitally and use integrated AI tools to help with the preparation of our reports.
This means we can work more efficiently, improve consistency and accuracy, and deliver reports more quickly.
But while technology is changing the way we work, the personal touch remains at the heart of Lilly Surveyors.
Following every inspection, we will call you to discuss our findings and answer any questions you may have. We believe that personal communication is just as important as the technology behind our service.

We are also pleased to offer professional property photography and drone photography for estate agents.
Our aerial photography can help showcase properties, gardens, land, outbuildings and their surroundings, providing high-quality imagery that can complement traditional property photography.
